  London Heathrow Airport and London Gatwick Airport Transfers

  Business As Usual Executive Travel specialise in chauffeur driven transfer services from and to Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport and car hire. Transfers from the airports to central London or into the rest of the country are relatively easy except in the morning and evening rush hours. Our airport transfer chauffeur services can easily be booked in advance by contacting us on e-mail or by telephone 01993 847111. It is advisable to book your transfer service with at least 48 hours in advance, and we are quite happy to accommodate last minute bookings. Sunday evening traffic can be very unpredictable especially in the London area. You need to allow extra time for transfers during these periods.   London Airports – Departure Information

  International flights – check in 3 hours prior to departure .
  European flights – check in 2 hours prior to departure
  Domestic flights – check in 1 hour prior to departure
  Boarding normally begins 45 minutes prior to departure.

  We will generally drop you in the set down area at the relevant terminal. Terminal information can be verified from the British Airports Authority website. Alternatively if you have the flight information our driver can check the terminal details.

  London Airports – Arrival Information

  It will take a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes from the time your flight lands for you to exit the airport. If you do not have a European passport it will take between 45 to 60 minutes to clear airport formalities. If however you are only carrying cabin luggage and hold a European passport you could be out in 10 to 15 minutes of landing.  If you do not have the necessary documents it could take well in excess of 2 hours to exit the airport.
